24/7 GP Service is here

You now have access to our 24/7 GP Service, which is available at no extra cost for all Multitrip.com customers whilst travelling outside of Republic of Ireland, for the duration of your policy. With our GP Service, you will have video call access to doctors anytime, anywhere, so you don't need to worry about finding a local GP. If medication is needed, our doctors can provide prescriptions, where available.

1. To access our 24/7 GP helpline call 00442081562673 if your policy was purchased on or after 1st October 2026, or if you purchased your policy before 1st October 2026 call 00 353 91 414 593.
2. Provide your policy number and some personal details so we can ensure that it's you.
3. Answer some questions relating to your condition.
4. If the 24/7 GP Service is suitable for you, you will receive a link for an online GP appointment.
5. After the appointment, you will receive a report on your GP consultation.
6. If required (and available at your destination), you will receive a prescription by email.
