As the travel industry prepares for the peak summer season, Multitrip.com has unveiled a new website as it looks to further enhance its customer experience.

To coincide with the launch of the new site, Multitrip.com is rolling out two new benefits for customers:

• Real time flight delay: When a customer with a Premier or Premier Plus policy registers their flight in advance, any delay of three hours or more will trigger an automatic benefit, such as a VIP airport lounge pass or a €30 instant cash payout, delivered in real-time. It’s designed to make flight delays easier and faster to manage Multitrip.com customers, offering clear options and real-time solutions.
• Verisk Medical Screening: Using in-house medical screening, Multitrip.com customers will be able to add a medical condition during their online journey. There’s no need for extra phone calls, everything happens in one simple, secure process, making travel insurance easier for those with medical conditions.

These new benefits will run alongside those already on offer to the firm’s customers, such as:

• 24/7 online GP access abroad is included as standard with all policies.
• Kids go free on Annual Premier Plus policies.
• Travel Disruption*: With this optional cover, travellers can protect against unrecoverable expenses if their flight is cancelled.
