What does Winter Sports Insurance Cover?
Multitrip.com UK provides cover for a wide range of winter sports, including skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, snow sledging and off-piste skiing except in areas designated as unsafe by local resort management unless accompanied by a locally qualified guide. It includes cover for winter sports' unique set of risks in addition to standard benefits of travel insurance, such as cancellation, curtailment and baggage.
Winter Sports Injury
Covers emergency medical and other expenses if an insured person suffers a sudden and unforeseen bodily injury or illness or dies during a ski trip outside of your home area.
Ski Lift & Ski Pass
It covers the unused portion of a ski pack (ski school fees, lift passes & hired ski equipment) following your bodily injury or illness or the unused portion of your lift pass if you lose it.
Emergency Assistance
Provides 24-hour Emergency Assistance including mountain rescue and airlift in the event of a medical emergency abroad.
