Terms & Conditions

1. Prize is for FM104's Multitrip.com Aer Lingus & Cassidy Travel's Coachella Promotion.
2. The Grand final will take place on 14^th of February and finalists must make their way to the venue at their own expense.
3. The Prize includes:
• Direct Flights for 2 from Dublin to Los Angeles on 16^th April 2020, returning 22^nd April 2020
• 1 night in the 4* Sheraton Gateway in Los Angeles 16^th April 2020
• Transfer from Los Angeles to Palm Springs
• 2 three day passes to Coachella: 17^th-19^th April 2020
• 3 nights in the 3* Palm Mountain Resort: 17^th–19^th April 2020
• $500 spending money
• Transfer from Palm Springs to Los Angeles
• 2 nights in the 4* Sheraton Gateway in Los Angeles: 20^th–21^st April 2020
• Multitrip.com Travel Insurance policy for 2
4. Prize must be booked directly with Cassidy Travel by 28^th February 2020 - no extension will be permitted.
5. Winner must be available to travel on required dates for Coachella which will be subject to availability with Cassidy travel.
6. Prize, flights, hotel and excursion tickets are subject to advance booking & availability.
7. Prize is non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-endorsable. It holds no cash value.
8. Tickets are economy class seats and must be used by winner and companion travelling together in both directions.
9. Flight tickets are not valid for any other destination.
10. Please note blackout periods apply and are subject to confirmation by Cassidy Travel at the time of booking.
11. Blackout dates will include but are not limited to all Public Holidays, July, August, Easter.
12. Travel dates must be requested a minimum of one month before intended travel dates.
13. All flight taxes are included in the prize.
14. Frequent Flyer miles do not apply to this transportation.
15. No changes will be permitted once tickets have been booked and issued.
16. The hotel stay is on a room-only basis.
17. Cassidy Travel reserves the right to substitute prize of equal value if a prize element becomes unavailable for any reason whatsoever.
18. Prize money will be converted into Euro and posted to the prize winner in a cheque.
19. Multitrip.com Travel Insurance Policy is an Annual Worldwide Premier Policy for 2 people.
20. It is the prize winner's responsibility to ensure all passport & visa (if required) are valid for travel.
21. Any requested upgrades or changes to the stated holiday prize will be at the winner's own expense.
22. Competition is open to Irish residents only.
23. Entrants and the accompanying passenger must be aged 21 years or older.
24. Failure to avail of this trip for any reason whatsoever does not entitle the winner to an alternative holiday or a cash prize.
25. The prize must be accepted as a whole or will be forfeited in its entirety.
26. If the prize is not claimed by the specified time limit the prize will be forfeited.
27. Income taxes (if any) paid on the value of this prize, or any other applicable surcharges, shall be the responsibility of the winner, parent or legal guardian.
28. Winner and accompanying persons are solely responsible for any special visa requirements and medical vaccinations/other recommended medical requirements.
29. It is recommended that you contact your local GP or a travel doctor for advice on vaccinations and travel health. Any costs incurred as a result will be at the winners' own expense.
30. Winner and guest must hold valid passports (valid for at least 6 months beyond the return date for the trip).
31. Winner and guest are solely responsible for completing all documentation (electronic or other) required in advance of travel/entry and are solely responsible for paying any associated fees.
32. Winner and guest are solely responsible for any duty which must be paid on goods purchased abroad upon their return to Ireland.
33. Any costs incurred additional to the prize package elements listed (e.g. telephone charges, room service, excursions, etc.) will be at the winner's own expense.
34. Initial names given as prize-winners cannot be changed, names must be furnished as per passport. Any additional changes or charges as a result of name changes after the prize has been booked will be the sole responsibility of the prize winner.
35. FM104, Multitrip.com, Aer Lingus & Cassidy Travel hold the rights to the press release, PR events and any media events associated with this prize. The competition winner agrees to a promotional photo shoot and for usage of such in press releases, PR events and any media events associated with this prize.
36. This prize excludes Cassidy Travel, Aer Lingus & Multitrip.com employees and their immediate families, their agencies or anyone else professionally associated with this promotion.
37. One Multitrip.com customer or social media follower will be selected at random to be entered into the qualifying round with the chance of getting to the final or directly to the live final.
38. This qualifier or finalist will be contacted by the email they used to enter this competition. If there is no response to this email, Multitrip.com will also attempt to call the finalist on the number they provided in the entry form within the 24-hour period after the announcement has been made.
39. In total, each finalist has 24 hours to respond to Multitrip.com to confirm acceptance of their place in the qualifying round.
40. Failure of finalists to confirm their attendance at the final within 24 hours of email notification will result in the forfeit of finalist's place in the qualifying round. Multitrip.com reserves the right to then offer this place to another competition entrants.
41. Only one entry per person will be accepted.
42. Closing date to enter via Multitrip.com is Noon Wednesday 12^th February, 2020.
